Volunteer Responsibilities: 

Award Set-Up Organize medals Stage Athletes

Volunteer Responsibilities: 

Assist with breakdown of Basketball Venue. Provide support to GMT and Staff to ensure venue needs.

Present National Colors during Opening Ceremony

Ensure process is followed in which teams/athletes check-in at the competition venue upon daily arrival.Follow protocol set for teams to follow to ensure that they check-in upon arrival at the venue.Track team arrival in order to assist with any scheduling issues (i.e. a team has not checked in prior to competition); alert the competition organizers of any teams not present for competition.Assist with any general Team Registration issues relative to competition.

Volunteer Responsibilities: 

Cheer on athletes from all teams as they compete!

Assist with set-up and layout of courts. Guide athletes and coaches to their courts. Act as a floater between skills to ensure smooth transitions. Encourage athletes as they compete.

Morning shift: 

Serve as Torch Bearers for the Flame of Hope during Opening Ceremony

Afternoon shift: 

Award medals and ribbons to athletes

Volunteer Responsibilities: 

Have lunches organized by teams with accurate number for each. Help with distributions of lunches.

Volunteer Responsibilities:

Renders first aid, additional patient care, and triage within his/her scope of practice and professional standards, assignment of work, and capability of the location. First Aid and CPR certification minimally needed.  

Serve as an official photographer of event. Shift may include Opening Ceremony, sponsors, Healthy Athletes, volunteers, fans, families, and sports competitions.  
Please Note: You must have your own photography equipment. Ideal to have equipment suited for action photography in various lighting situations, including low-light areas.

Serve as a time/scorekeeper or supporting other sports related functions.
