Assist with check-in of volunteers for event.

Serve as an official umpire for Softball Previous experience preferred!

Support Awards Ceremony  Prepare awards and medals to match correct team placement.  Ensure success and efficiency in award distribution.

Check-in volunteers

Assist with set-up of fields and signage

Keep score during games (rules and trainings provided)

Awards Volunteers will help to MC and orchestrate the awards given out at the end of competition play.

General Event Volunteers will be placed in a variety of roles as deemed necessary by the competition manager.

Skills Challenge Volunteers will be placed at a specific skills area. They will be responsible for coordinating the skills challenge, and recording the score achieved by the athlete.

Scorekeepers will follow along with their selected group and record the score achieved at each hole. Scorekeepers will be responsible for enforcing rules as well as settling any rule/game disputes.

Check-in and Opening Ceremony volunteers will help to check in all participants for the competition. After that, they will assist the competition manager in hosting the Opening Ceremony.

Support Awards Ceremony. Collect final scores from games. Prepare awards and medals to match correct team placement.  Ensure success and efficiency in award distribution.

Bring game scores from fields to awards table as they finish.

Assist with tearing down event and packing up

QUALIFICATIONS: CPR & First Aid Certified. Experience in heat related issues and seizures Assigned to oversee medical needs for softball.  Medical and Nursing students encouraged to apply!
