- Ensure process is followed in which teams/athletes check-in at the competition venue upon daily arrival.
- Follow protocol set for teams to follow to ensure that they check-in upon arrival at the venue.
- Track team arrival in order to assist with any scheduling issues (i.e. a team has not checked in prior to competition); alert the competition organizers of any teams not present for competition.
- Assist with any general Team Registration issues relative to competition.

- The minimum age to volunteer as an individual is 14 years old, and 8 years old if accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- Each individual is required to have their own email address to register (Group registration allowed for certain roles).
- All volunteer shifts are assigned on a first come, first serve basis.
