- Assist with the overall check-in/out of volunteers, using available technology.
- Confirms identification utilizing credentials.
- Directs volunteers to their respective functional areas after volunteer has checked-in to carry out their duties and responsibilities.
- May be assigned to other areas to provide limited support after volunteer check-in.
Team Check-In
- Follow protocol set for teams to follow to ensure that they check-in upon arrival at the venue
- Track team arrival in order to assist with any scheduling issues (i.e. a team has not checked in prior to competition); alert the competition organizers of any teams not present for competition
- Assist with any general Team Registration issues relative to Competition
